Nanaimo Clippers’ Head Coach and GM Darren Naylor held his first Coffee with the Coach on Thursday, January 25th. The event took place at Smitty’s in Rock City at 9 a.m.
About a dozen people attended the event, where Naylor took questions about and discussed the Clippers. Some of the discussion included: the Clippers returning to full strength with the return of injured players; the importance of education and scholarships; and looking to attract local players.
The next Coffee with the Coach will be again at Smitty’s in Rock City on Thursday, February 22, at 9 a.m.
