The Nanaimo Clippers have traded 19 year old forward, Brodie Jamieson, to the Langley Rivermen for 17 year old forward Mason Blacklock.
The Clippers would like to thank Brodie for his hard work both on and off the ice during his time here in Nanaimo and wish him the best of luck in his future endeavours.
In Blacklock the Clippers are getting a big body who played in the league last year as a 16 year old. He has a tremendous amount of upside and will make an immediate impact to our forward group.
We are excited to have Mason join our team and we know he is very excited to be coming to Nanaimo as well. He will join the team at Wednesday's practice and will be in the lineup on Friday night when the Clippers face the same Langley Rivermen.
