The Nanaimo Clippers sent over 1,900 fans home happy on Saturday evening with an overtime win over the Powell River Kings.
Neither team would get on the board in the first period however early into the second period Devin Leduc would score to give the Kings the 1-0 lead.
The Clippers would retaliate early into the third period by Brandon Dent assisted by Ethan Scardina and Robby Drazner which would send the game to overtime.
Early into the overtime Captain Ethan Scardina would net one to win the game, assisted by Kyler Kovich and Robby Drazner.
Up next the Clippers travel to Port Alberni to take on the Bulldogs Wednesday night.
