Clippers Add 4 Year WHL Vet

The Nanaimo Clippers are pleased to announce the addition of Nanaimo's own Greg Fraser.
 
Fraser, who's Father Ian is a former Clippers Coach, returns to his home town team after playing 251 games in four seasons with the Prince George Cougars of the Western Hockey League.
 
In the 2011-2012 season the 20 year old, 6"2 189lb Forward played 68 games, tallied 16 goals, 11 assists, and earned 55 penalty minutes.
 
"We are very excited to be adding Greg to our roster for the upcoming season.He is a local hockey product who has a tremendous amount of Major Junior experience" commented Coach Vandekamp "His experience will pay dividends both on and off the ice. He is a true two way player who will play many important minutes for us in all situations. Most importantly he is a great person who will fit in very well with the rest of our group. We would like to welcome Greg and his family to the Clippers Family.
