TRISTAN CROZIER COMMITS TO BROWN UNIVERSITY

The Nanaimo Clippers wish to congratulate forward Tristan Crozier on his commitment to Brown University.

Crozier is in his second year with the Clippers after playing the first two seasons of his junior career with Grande Prairie of the AJHL.

In the 2016-17 campaign Crozier finished with 29 points in 53 games. That ranked him in third place on the team.

After the first 15 games of the current season Crozier leads Nanaimo with 18 points. He’s been very consistent, scoring at least a point in all but four Clipper games.

Coach Mike Vandekamp is pleased to see the 19-year-old get an opportunity to play at the Division 1 level. “Tristan is an extremely dedicated player who displays an excellent work ethic in everything he does. He is a team leader on the ice, and a first class citizen in the community,” said Vandekamp.

Crozier will be attending Brown in the fall of 2018.
