The Clippers take on the Alberni Valley Bulldogs tonight in the semi-final game of the Island Cup tonight. Game time is 7 p.m. at The Q Centre in Colwood.
The Clippers look to continue the winning theme after a 6-3 defeat of the Victoria Grizzlies on Saturday night at The Frank.
VP/GM/Head Coach Darren Naylor commented that it is a big game and he is expecting an all out effort from his players.
Veteran Clippers like, #17 Sean Donaldson, #18 Kyler Kovich, #22 Tim Washe, #27 Trevor LeDonne, #28 Liam Ryan, #53 Jack O’Brien and #51 Jordan Naylor will be called upon to carry the playoff torch and lead the way.
The winner of this semi-final will play the Victoria Grizzlies on Tuesday night for the Island Cup. The teams will then take a break until the regular season starts up in December.
