May 1st Game Day Preview

The Clippers look to rebound when they take on the Victoria Grizzlies tonight at 7 p.m. The Clippers will be the away team.

Associate Coach Colin Birkas remarked, “Played great last night, deserved the win. Gotta tip your cap to Pearson he stole the game for them. Things haven’t gone our way this pod season but lots on the line for players moving on from program and those that want to be a part of it moving forward.”

When asked about tonight’s game, Captain Trevor LeDonne commented, “Big bounce back game tonight, we know Victoria has had some rest here so they will be fresh and coming out flying. We just need to continue the way we’ve been playing the last few nights and make sure we play for a full 60 minutes and we’ll be good. I’m confident if we play the way we can that we will end up with a good result at the end of the game tonight.”

The Clippers next action is Monday, May 3rd against the Alberni Valley Bulldogs at 7 p.m.
