Job Posting: Clippers hiring Director of Ticketing & Merchandise

NANAIMO, BC –  The Nanaimo Clippers Junior A Hockey Club are looking for a highly motivated, energetic individual to be the Club’s Director of Ticketing and Merchandise.  The successful individual will have strong marketing, promotion, supervisory, and administration skills.

Reporting to Tali Campbell, the Clippers Director of Business Operations,  the Director of Ticketing and Merchandise is responsible for the overall management of the ticketing and merchandise, including sales and marketing, promotion, ticketing staff, merchandise ordering/inventory.  The individual will work in conjunction with the Clippers Office Staff on Ticketing and Merchandise.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Sales Experience;
• Management experience;
• Commitment to excellent customer service;
• Ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders including staff, hockey operations, volunteers, corporate partners and community groups;
