The Clippers first Wednesday road game brought them to Port Alberni where it was an explosive night on the scoresheet.
The Bulldogs would get on the board first at 8:33 in the first by Jacob Bosse which was retaliated by Clippers’ Tim Washe to tie it up. The Bulldogs would regain the lead before the end of the period
During the second period the Clippers would explode scoring five goals while the Bulldogs could only get one Josh Bourne would add two while Ethan Scardina, Scott Mahovlich and Robby Drazner would add one
The Clippers would add another two goals in the third, Bourne would get his hat trick goal while Tim Washe added one to win the game 8-4.
The win tonight keeps the Clippers first place hunt alive.
