Clippers win big in Wenatchee!

In the CFL 7-1 is a small score, but in hockey it’s something you don’t see very often however tonight in Wenatchee the Clippers would score seven goals to take the game 7-1.

Within the first minute Josh Bourne would get the Clippers on the board. Three more goals would be scored before the end of the first, Steven Agriogianis and Ethan Scardina would both add one while Bourne would score his second of the game.

Mackenzie Merriman would lead things off in the second period with an early goal which would make the Wenatchee Wild make a goaltender change.

Sean Donaldson would score the Clippers sixth goal before the end of the second period.

The Clippers would add another goal in the middle of the third period by Kyler Kovich to make it 7-0. The Wild would add one late in the third by Brian Adams but it wasn’t enough as the Clippers would win 7-1.

Up next the Clippers will take on the West Kelowna Warriors tomorrow evening where Brendon Dent will make his return to Royal LePage since being traded from the Warriors to the Clippers on Thursday afternoon.
