The Nanaimo Clippers knew heading into the Alberni Valley Multiplex that it was not going to be an easy win and it sure wasn’t. The Clippers however did pull away with the win and now lead the best of seven series 3-0.
Liam Ryan would get things started in the first period, scoring the lone goal on the powerplay assisted by Aiden Hansen-Bukata and Steve Agriogianis
The Clippers would again be the only team to get on the scoreboard in the second period by Kyler Kovich assisted by Ethan Scardina
The Bulldogs would try and push back in the third but it wasn’t enough as Aiden Hansen-Bukata would score the game winner taking the game 3-2
