Nanaimo, BC – The Nanaimo Clippers have announced they will open the 2019-2020 Season at home against the Cowichan Valley Capitals on Friday, September 6th.
This years schedules sees the Clippers playing five Wednesday night games, 12 Friday night games, four Saturday night games and seven Sunday afternoon games, with no changes to game times. Wednesday, Friday and Saturday Night Games starting at 7:00pm while Sunday’s remain a 2:00pm puck drop.
“This season we are making it all about the fans, making sure every game is full of events and activities for our fans.” Tali Campbell, Clippers Director of Business Operations excitedly said “Now that our schedule is released we will slowly start releasing our Promotion Calendar so our fans can get as excited as we are with everything we’ve got going on.”
Campbell also confirmed that the Clippers will have three returning promotions, Winning Wednesday’s where if the Clippers win on a Wednesday night at home the fans will go home with a personal sized pizza courtesy of Panago Pizza, #FridayAtTheFrank where every Friday from 6:00pm till puck drop it’s Happy Hour in the Beer Gardens and Family Day Sunday’s where the Clippers will host a skate after every Sunday home game sponsored by Thrifty Foods.
