Before joining the Clippers, Luc Marotte had been an independent advisor mostly for Quebec kids wanting to move on to the next level. He has been scouting games at different levels NCAA/Junior A/Collegial/Midget since 2005.
Luc also has an extensive coach/referee background having coached Bantam AAA programs for a number of years, the Quebec U15 team in 2009-2010 and was a referee from the early 80s until 2002.
Luc lives in Quebec with his grownup family and is a technology executive.
