Victor joins the Clippers after an exceptional season playing in the MML
with the Vancouver Giants, a perennial power house in B.C. Victor was
extremely impressive throughout training camp and exhibiton play where he
demonstrated his ability to make excellent decisions with the puck and play
his position at top speed. Victor was originally sent home to Vancouver where he would continue to serve his apprenticeship at the Junior B level while being added as an AP - Affiliate Player with the Clippers. After one affiliate game in Cowichan (a 6 - 0 win), the Coaching staff was convinced that Victor was an ingredient that was necessary on the back end, providing quality minutes in critical offensive situations. While it was a difficult decision on Victor's part to make the move to Junior A in his position at such a young age, we believe he will make great strides in our uniform and will be an asset in the future.
