Cody joins the Clippers via a three team off season trade involving the Burnaby Express and
Victoria Grizzlies. Bremner is no stranger to Nanaimo sports fans as he is a star player in
the Junior A Timbermen uniform and has earned a scholarship to attend Cornell in lacrosse. Bremner is a hard nosed, team first player and is well respected around the BCHL for his determined play. Last season Bremner was a key member of the Grizzlies team who won the Coast Division and finished third in the RBC Cup. Bremner has the ability to generate offense while being one of the most responsible defensive minded players in the League. Cody will be given an elevated role and opportunity to produce in special team situations. Coach Bestwick, "Cody has been our nemesis over the years and to have him in our uniform instead of playing against him is a real asset. He will/quickly become a fan favorite with his "Clipper" style of play." |
